MANSFIELD, PA\u2014<\/strong> Mansfield University is offering a wide variety of music, academic and sports camps this summer. Several new innovative camps are being offered for the first time.\"Summer<\/a>The Creative Edge, June 20-24, will nurture campers grades five through eight creativity in a five-day camp packed with activities that will allow your imagination to unfold.<\/p>\n

The Health Explorers Camp, July 10-13, offered in conjunction with North Central PA Area Health Education Center, is for rising 10th and 11th grade students, giving them insight into various professions in the health care industry.<\/p>\n

Spy Camp, July 10-14, will offer hands-on experiences for rising high school juniors and seniors with an interest in intelligence and security issues.<\/p>\n

The Mountie Outdoor Adventures Camp, July 24-29, will give campers the opportunity to learn outdoor skills while participating in a number of different activities including, mountain biking, rock climbing, backpacking, swimming and high and low ropes courses.<\/p>\n

A number of music camps covering instruments and voice will be offered, highlighted by the Youth Music Camp, July 12-16, and the Choral Academy, July 24-29.<\/p>\n

Sports camps for baseball, soccer, basketball and track and field are being offered throughout the summer.<\/p>\n

In addition a wide range of subjects and experiences ranging, camps are tailored for grades from K-12 and some offer an overnight option.<\/p>\n

Space is limited and some camps are filling up fast.<\/p>\n
