MANSFIELD, PA – The Mansfield University community is mourning the loss of Professor Emeritus Winfred “Winnie” G. Neff, who passed away Monday, September 3, 2018 at Carleton Nursing Home.<\/p>\n

Winnie was a faculty member in the Department of English until 1987.\u00a0 She also served as an advisor of the Delta Kappa Gamma Sorority at MU. Winnie was granted emeritus status on August 6, 1987.<\/p>\n

In honoring Winnie’s wishes there will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation, 322 Eighth Avenue, 7th Floor New York, NY 10001 or Mansfield Foundation, 71 South Main St., Mansfield, PA 16933<\/p>\n
