MANSFIELD, PA\u2014The Mansfield University Concert Wind Ensemble\"Music<\/a> (CWE) has made the Grammy Nomination Eligible List for the second straight year.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adam Brennan, professor of Music and CWE director, has received notification from the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS) that the CWE has been nominated in five categories.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Their work Fervent Reverberations <\/em>has been nominated for Album of the Year, Best Orchestral Performance and Best Contemporary Composition.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dances, Reflections & Supplications<\/em> also earned nominations for Album of the Year and Best Orchestral Performance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition, Brennan has receive a nomination in the Best Contemporary Composition category for Fervent Reverberations<\/em>. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the second step in the four tiered Grammy process. The next step is for Grammy members to vote for the CDs for a Grammy nomination.<\/strong><\/p>\n
