MANSFIELD, PA— The Mansfield University Alumni Association will host a Family Picnic at Knoebels Amusement Park, Elysburg, PA, on Saturday, August 12. 
The event is open to all Alumni Association members, MU faculty, staff, retirees and their families.
The event will include a catered picnic lunch at Pavilion V, which is reserved exclusively for the Mansfield group. Tickets for the lunch are $8.75 per person.
Participants will also receive free parking and free admission to the park from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. plus discounted ride tickets. A book of ride tickets can be purchased for $16, a four dollar savings. Knoebels recommends $20-$25 of ride tickets per person for a day of amusement rides.
