MANSFIELD, PA— Mansfield University is offering the 60 hours of Real Estate Pre-License courses required for individuals to become qualified to test for licensing and become real estate salespersons in Pennsylvania.
The classes will be held on campus, 6-9 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays, beginning March 12 and ending no later than May 17. Pre-registration is required.
The Pre-License courses include 30 hours of Real Estate Fundamentals, covering contracts and deeds, and 30 hours of Real Estate Practice, covering agency activities. Instruction will include sample questions to improve the student’s proficiency in answering typical real estate license exam questions.
The cost for both courses and the required text is $450.
