MANSFIELD, PA—Mansfield University will celebrate Homecoming 2018 with a weekend full of entertainment, athletic events and activities on October 19-20.
“Bringing in entertainment and partnering with local businesses and breweries proved to be a successful enhancement to Homecoming last year,” Director of Alumni Relations Casey Wood ’02 said. “The feedback that we received from alumni was positive, so we plan to create a similar atmosphere this year.”
Details on the weekend schedule are still being finalized and will be announced in the months to come, but Homecoming will again feature on-site vendors such as My Brothers BBQ and local breweries, Yorkholo and Blue Stone Brewery, among others.
The Mountaineer sprint football team will take on Franklin Pierce on Saturday, October 20, 1 p.m. at Van Norman Field.

Homecoming 2018 is a collaborative effort by the MU Alumni Relations Office, the Alumni Association and the Department of Athletics.
