Mansfield University Mourns the Passing of Charles Wunderlich

The Mansfield University community is mourning the loss of Professor Emeritus Charles Wunderlich, PhD., who passed away July 2nd at home.

Dr. Wunderlich was a beloved and respected member of the music faculty from 1964-1998.  He started his career at Mansfield as orchestra director and later as Professor of Music History and Literature, teaching hundreds of music and non-music majors. His challenging “drop the needle” tests were unforgettable to his students.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA.
