MANSFIELD, PA – Mansfield University is offering 75 hours of real estate pre-license courses required for individuals to become licensed salespersons in Pennsylvania.
Classes will be held on campus, 6-9:45pm on
Mondays and Thursdays, beginning on March 4 and ending on May 9.
Pre-registration is required.
The pre-license course includes 30 hours of real
estate fundamentals, covering contracts and deeds, and 45 hours of real estate
practice, covering agency activities. Instruction will include sample questions
to improve the student’s proficiency in answering typical real estate license
exam questions.
The cost for both courses and the required
textbook is $575. Registration deadline is February 21, 2019.
