MANSFIELD, PA— The Mansfield University Council of Trustees honored Zane Swanger at his last meeting as Student Trustee on Wednesday, March 25.
Swanger is completing his two-year term and will graduate with a degree in Political Science in May.
Ralph Meyer, chair of the Council of Trustees, thanked Swanger for his outstanding service and dedication to the University and for representing the student’s interests on the Council.
Swanger is the son of D. Scott and Julie Swanger of Lewistown, PA
The selection process for his replacement on the Council of Trustees is ongoing. All Trustees must be appointed by the Governor and approved by the Pennsylvania State Senate.
