MANSFIELD, PA– The Mansfield University Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Jeff Jacobsen, will perform in concert on Sunday, February 21, 2:30 p.m. in Steadman Theatre.
The concert is free and open to the public. Donations of gently used winter clothing for My Neighbors Closet will be accepted. The donations help raise funds for educational projects sponsored by Partners in Progress in Mansfield.
The program will feature Hyeri Choi, MU violin/viola and chamber music instructor, as soloist on the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto in E minor, Op. 64.
The program will open with the Capriol Suite by Peter Warlock, followed by the Intermezzo No. 2 in G Major by Vasily Kalinnikov.
