MANSFIELD, PA— The Mansfield University community is mourning the passing of Professor Emeritus Enrico A. “Harry” Serine, who died on Wednesday, September 28.
Serine came to the Mansfield in 1970. He was a professor in Academic and Human Development and also served as director of Financial Aid and assistant director of Admissions, among other management positions in those departments, during his 27 year career.
He retired in 1997 and was granted professor emeritus status in 1999.
Calling hours will be Sunday, 2-6 p.m., at Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home, 318 East Drinker Street, Dunmore, PA.
Serine’s funeral will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Smith Street, Dunmore.
