MANSFIELD, PA—The Mansfield University Council of Trustees, upon the recommendation o
f President Fran Hendricks, granted emeritus status to two retired MU faculty at its November 16 meeting.
Granted emeritus status and their years of service are:
Janeen Sheehe, Health Sciences, January 1993-June 2015
Leroy Wright, Communication, August 1990-June 2015
Emeritus status is granted to retired full-time faculty in recognition of dedicated service to Mansfield University.
The action was based on the recommendation of the academic departments and Provost Steven Siconolfi, and followed a poll of senior faculty.
