MANSFIELD, PA— Mansfield University has added a second evening class to its offerings in Towanda, PA this fall semester.
Introduction to Economic Thinking (ECO 2255) will be taught by Professor Bruce Carpenter on Tuesdays, 5-8 p.m., at the Bradford Progress Authority Building, 1 Elizabeth Street, beginning August 26.
This three-credit course will introduce students to the way in which economists address the essential problems confronted in microeconomics and macroeconomics. It is approved as a social science general education course.
Introduction to Watershed Management (WSM 1600), taught by Assistant Professor Jennifer Demchak, was previously announced. This class will meet on Wednesdays, 5-8 p.m., at the Towanda Center, 602 Main Street, beginning August 27.
This introductory three-credit natural science course, explores important processes, concepts, and approaches to watershed management and assessment.
