Real Estate Pre-License Courses Offered

MANSFIELD, PA— Mansfield University is offering 60 hours of real estate pre-license courses required for individuals to become licensed salespersons in Pennsylvania.

Real EstateThe classes will be held in Memorial Hall, Room 107, 6-9 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays, beginning on September 15 and ending on November 20. Pre-registration is required.

Thomas “Tom” Saveri, broker owner and manager of Howard Hanna Realty Pioneers in Wellsboro, will be the instructor. Saveri has been licensed for 33 years and has a Pennsylvania and New York Broker’s License. He is past president and a director of the North Central Penn Board of Realtors and had been a national sales trainer and real estate coach for more than six years.

 

The pre-license courses include 30 hours of real estate fundamentals, covering contracts and deeds, and 30 hours of real estate practice, covering agency activities. Instruction will include sample questions to improve the student’s proficiency in answering typical real estate license exam questions.

The cost for both courses is $390. Textbooks are required at an additional cost.
