MANSFIELD, PA— Howard Zinn’s Marx in Soho will come to the
Steadman Theatre stage on Thursday, October 9 at 4 p.m. Doors will open at 3:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
Bob Weick portrays Karl Marx, the controversial historical figure, in this critically acclaimed performance. The presentation is about the life and writing of Marx and how that would be experienced in modern society. The play is more than just a political discussion; it is the experience of the life and mind of Karl Marx.
The 90- minute performance will be followed by an open discussion.
Marx in Soho in presented by the MU Sociology Club and Pi Gamma Mu, the social science honor society.
