MANSFIELD, Pa. – Mansfield University will offer 75 hours of
real estate pre-license courses required for individuals to become licensed
salespersons in Pennsylvania.
Classes will be held on Mansfield University’s campus from 6 – 9:45 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays beginning March 2 and ending on May 18.
A distance learning option has been added with the course being delivered through Zoom video at the Potter County Education Council in Coudersport, Pa.
Pre-registration is required for both the on-campus and distance learning courses.
The pre-license course includes 30 hours of real estate
fundamentals, covering contracts and deeds, and 45 hours of real estate
practice, covering agency activities. Instruction will include sample questions
to improve the student’s proficiency in answering typical real estate license
exam questions.
The cost for both courses and the required textbook is $575.
Registration deadline is February 20, 2020.
