MANSFIELD, PA—Mansfield University and the public now have a new option for getting something to eat and drink.
Einstein Bros Bagels is now open in the new Spruce Hall on campus. The eatery has an exterior entrance on Clinton Street. It will be open Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-6 p.m., initially with plans to offer more evening hours in the near future.
“The menu features bagels, made fresh daily and available in bulk and breakfast all day with a variety of egg sandwiches and wraps and burritos,” Drew Robinson general manager of Sodexo Dining Services, said. “The luncheon menu includes hot sandwiches, signature sandwiches, bagel dogs, soups, gourmet salads and smart choices, which are items under 350 calories and under 15 grams of fat.”
The menu also features a variety of espresso and coffee drinks, low-fat smoothies, fountain drinks, select teas and hot chocolate. Desserts are also available.
Cash, credit cards, Mountie Money, and MU “Flex” are all accepted
“Mansfield University and the Mansfield Auxiliary Corporation are delighted to bring this new food service option to campus,” Chuck Colby, associate vice president of Student Affairs, said. “The Mansfield Community is welcome as well. Parking is limited in the Einstein Bros area, however two 15 minute parking spaces for take-out orders will be added in the near future.”
