Lynne Hammann Presents and is Honored at National Conference

MANSFIELD, PA— Lynne Hammann, associate professor of Education & Special Education at Mansfield University, presented a poster at 44th annual conference of The International Society for Exploring Teaching and Learning (ISETL) held October 16-18 in Denver, CO.

Hammann’s presentation was entitled “Design the ‘Write’ Task: Using Text Structure Strategies to Foster 21st Century Thinking.” Her proposal has been published in the ISETL conference proceedings.

Hammann also received an award for her contributions and service as a member of the ISETL Board at the conference.

Hammann is also a member of the Review Board for the ISETL journal, The International Journal of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.

Her research study, “Self-Regulation in Academic Writing Tasks,” is on the list of the journal’s top 20 downloads of all time. It is available at isetl.org/ijtlhe/top10.cfm
