MANSFIELD, PA— Mansfield University is offering a wide variety of music, academic and sports camps this summer.
In addition to subjects and experiences ranging from rock climbing to screen printing, camps are tailored for grades K-12 and some offer an overnight option.
The Young Mounties Science Camp for grades 2-4 and Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead! Camp for grades 4-8 will be held June 22-26. S.T.E.A.M. stands for science, technology, engineering, art and math.
A Young Artist Experience Camp for grades 8-12 will be held July 26-August 1.
A number of music camps covering instruments and voice will be offered, highlighted by the Youth Music Camp July 14-18. Campers will be able to select from a variety of music classes or to learn other instruments and also participate in the production of a musical.
Sports camps for baseball, soccer, basketball and track and field are being offered throughout the summer.
Space is limited and some camps are filling up fast.
