MANSFIELD, PA— The fast paced, rough and tumble sport of roller
derby is coming to the Kelchner Fitness Center at Mansfield University on Saturday, June 13.
The Dirt Road Dears, based in Tioga and Potter Counties, will host the Seven Valley Rollers in a Back Woods Roller Derby League bout at 6 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m.
According to the Dears website, “We are a group of women over the age of 18 that practice two to three times a week on derby drills, skills and fast skating. We are from all walks of life, our common thread is the desire to be involved in a team sport.”

Tickets are $12, seniors veterans and MU students $10, “crash” seating $14, children ages five and under are free.
