MANSFIELD, PA— The Popovich Comedy Pet Theater will perform at Straughn Hall on Thursday, April 7 at 7:30 p.m. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
Voted “Best Family Show in Las Vegas,” the Popovich Comedy Pet Theater has performed on the Tonight Show and was a finalist on America’s Got Talent, among many other TV performances. Also featured in People Magazine, The New Yorker, New York Times and USA Today, which says “Comedy Pet Theater Is Like A CIRQUE Show With Animals.” The show has been performed in 25 counties and is a mainstay in Las Vegas.
Gregory Popovich, lifelong advocate for animal rights, has rescued the animals from shelters all over the country and transformed them into stars, using positive reinforcement and working with the natural ability of the animals to create a fun, one of a kind show.
Popovich is a fourth generation circus performer, having worked with the Great Moscow Circus, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. He holds a world record for juggling.
The show combines a blend of comedy, world championship juggling, and the extraordinary talents of more than 30 furry performing costars to include dogs, cats, a goat, and a miniature horse.
