MANSFIELD, PA— Nancy Sidell, interim dean of the
College of Professional Studies and professor of Social Work at Mansfield University, was the plenary speaker at the Louisiana state conference of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) on March 18 in Baton Rouge.
Sidell’s presentation, “10 Dirty Lies about Documentation,” dealt with many subjects from her book, Social Work Documentation: A Guide to Strengthening your Case Recording (2nd edition), which was published in 2015.
The conference was attended by more than 500 social workers from Louisiana and Mississippi.
