MANSFIELD, PA— Two Mansfield University Geosciences students presented their research at the 93rd Annual Meeting of the Pennsylvania Academy of Science at King’s College on April 1.
Carolyn Dewitt presented “Measuring Variation in the Macroinvertebrate Population of a Headwater Stream: May-September 2016.”
Hang Nguyen presented “Organic Decomposition Rates in Forest and Non-forest Soils: A Pilot Study.”
Both were supervised by Linda Kennedy, assistant professor of Geosciences.
The meeting attracted more than 300 participants from 39 Pennsylvania colleges and universities.
