MANSFIELD, PA— Mansfield University Interim President Scott Barton and Dean John Ulrich were 
among the local leaders invited to meet Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and First Lady Frances Wolf at Warren L. Miller Elementary School on Thursday, September 21.
“It was a great honor to meet the Governor and First Lady,” Barton said. “In the time we had, John and I were able to emphasize the importance of Mansfield University to the region.”
The governor and first lady toured classrooms and visit with teachers, staff, school board members, and community education partners during their visit. The Mansfield stop was part of the governor’s tour of Northern Tier schools and businesses.
