MANSFIELD, PA— Comedian Al Jackson will be the opening act for Hannibal Buress at Decker Gymnasium on Saturday, November 8 at 8 p.m. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m.
Buress also announced that DJ Tony Kim will be on stage with him during his performance.
Buress is one of the fastest rising comics working. The New York Times says his style, “between cerebral and swagger, is at the heart of his irresistible persona.”

Steve Plesac, director of Student Activities & Student programming, has also announced that Decker Gymnasium is being set up into a one-half gym theatre arrangement for only 1,400 seats for the Hannibal Buress concert and the upcoming Ron White performance on November 20.
“All the seats will be great seats for these concert events,” Plesac said. “We will have chairs on the floor up to the mid-court line and both side bleachers will be open for seating as well.”
Tickets are $10 for the MU Community and Alumni and $15 for the general public. They can be purchased in person at the Mountie Den (Campus Bookstore), located in Alumni Hall, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. or on-line at mansfield.tix.com. Ticket handling charges apply to all purchases.
MU students can pick up their two free tickets at the Alumni Hall Information Booth. Student ID is required to receive tickets.
